Room Rates Rooms that share a connecting bathroom with the room next door are our lowest price rooms: $80/night ( $120/night holidays and fall foliage Sept 26 to Oct 18). These rooms are available with one or two queen beds. A pair of these rooms is ideal for a family: two adjoining rooms with the bathroom in between the rooms, queen bed in one room and two queen beds in the other room. Call or email us with the size of your family or group and we can make specific recommendations and price options. Rooms with private bathrooms (all ensuite) are $115/night ($160/night holidays and fall foliage Sept 26 to Oct 18). Two of these rooms each have a king size bed. The others are available with one or two queen beds. Room rates for:

All those prices are for two people and include a delicious full cooked breakfast each morning (home made breads and muffins such as pumpkin/cranberry bread, lemon bread, blueberry muffin; a fruit course such as fresh fruit sundae, glazed bananas, fruit compote; and a main dish such as applesauce pancakes, ricotta-stuffed french toast, Vermont cheddar pie). Each extra person in a room is $15/night. The price for single travelers is $5/night less than the double occupancy rates.. Room tax of 9% is extra. We do not charge any fees or gratuities. Discounts Only one discount per stay. Discounts not available during holiday or fall foliage periods. There is an extended stay discount of 10% for stays of four nights or more. We give a 5% discount for anyone who wears a service uniform: military, fire, police, EMT. Stanford University research project on protein folding to help cure many diseases including cancer: sign up for the Grunberg Haus team number 38019 and we will give you a 5% discount when you have completed five work units for the team. Policies We are a non-smoking facility but smokers are welcome to go out in the parking lot to smoke. We do not allow open flames such as candles. We do not have television - this helps create a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We have wireless internet access but we have found that a few computers cannot connect - they are usually company computers that have stricter security limitations installed on them. We do not allow guests to use our computer. As required by our insurance company, the VT Department of Health, and the Fire Marshall, guests cannot use the kitchen. Note 15 day cancellation period - for a cancellation or shortened stay for any reason within 15 days of arrival, we will try to resell the accommodation but if we cannot, we charge for the entire amount of the reservation. Cancellations received 16 or more days in advance of the reservation have a $20 processing fee. These policies will be stated in the confirmation letter sent by email or USPS letter. We do not offer travel insurance so we suggest you contact an insurance company or look online to obtain it. |
