We are a non-smoking facility but smokers are welcome to go out in the parking lot to smoke. We do not allow open flames such as candles or incense.
We do not have television - this helps create a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We have wireless internet access but we have found that a few computers cannot connect - they are usually company computers that have stricter security limitations installed on them. We do not allow guests to use our computer but we offer free wireless web connection if you would like to bring your laptop or wireless device.
As required by our insurance company, the VT Department of Health, and the state Fire Marshall, guests cannot use the kitchen. There is a microwave oven and refrigerator guests are welcome to use in the game room.
We take VISA or Master Card credit cards. Or you may pay in cash or travelers checks, or a combination. We do not take Discover or American Express cards, personal checks, or money orders.
Note 15 day cancellation period - we are too small to provide trip insurance so for a cancellation or shortened stay for any reason within 15 days of arrival, we will try to resell the accommodation but if we cannot, we charge for the entire amount of the reservation. Cancellations received 16 or more days in advance of the reservation have a $20 processing fee. These policies will be stated in the confirmation letter sent by email or USPS letter. As mentioned, we do not offer travel insurance so we suggest you contact an insurance company such as http://www.travelguard.com/ or another company to obtain it if you would like, not only for our part of the trip but any other part such as airline tickets and other lodging as well.
